Mr. Ling Fugen is one of the outstanding philatelists in China. His special knowledge on Astrophilately has brought him many rewards. In 1993, he participated in Seoul World Exhibition and won a silver. As for various contests in China, he usually received top awards. There are more than 9000 stamps collected all over the world. A number of research articles appeared on Chinese major periodicals and USA "Astrophile".
